BACKFLUSH
If your process requires the PATT Filtration's ROTARY III disks to come with removable TM breaker plates, a special backflush remover tool is available for a mechanized, safe and effective breaker plate removing from your unit's disk.
The optional hydraulic breaker plate backflush remover tool makes the removal of breaker plates easier and safer for the operator and prevents damage to the disk and breaker plates which could occur if tools like steel hammers are used to remove the breaker plates.
All the operator needs to do is align the tool with the breaker plate to be removed and step on the foot pedal. The hydraulic pump will then push out the breaker plate in one fluid motion and the cavity is ready to receive a clean new breaker plate.
With a backflush remover tool you can:
- Ensure zero damage to the breaker plate and disk cavities, compared
- to a manual hammer method
- Easily remove breaker plates
- Maintain operator safety during breaker plate removal
- Save operator time and money in damaged breaker plates
