PATT ROTARY III screenchangers provides continuous polymer flow, a constant pressure drop, and eliminates pressure fluctuations during screen changes which, in turn, reduces process variability and improves product uniformity. The breaker plate is a removable part. Due to the tapered seat of the breaker plate we freeze off the polymer and then knock out the beaker plate from the back, which takes the screen and the remaining polymer with it.

This unit was specifically designed to cope with difficult-to-handle-materials (such as PVC).

Breaker plates can be changed in batches of up to 5 at a time. Breaker plates are changed quickly and easily, without stopping or even affecting the process.
