COMPOSITE MATERIALS
Composite laminate are combinations of two different types of composite materials, which combine the best properties of each type to produce a
laminate with unique properties.
NP424 - NEMA GRADE CEM-1 Composite materials composed of woven glass fabric surfaces and paper core combined with epoxy resin. Primarily
used in the printed circuit board industry. Easy punching and excellent
electrical properties and higher flexural strength than paper based
grades.
NP634 Warm punching, composite grade with woven glass covers for
improved flexural, tensile and impact strength. Electrical properties
comparable to NP611. Much stronger than most paper based grades.
Automobiles - Electronics are replacing many of the thermoset
applications in automobiles, but there are still many mechanical and
electrical applications that are best served by thermoset composite materials.
